Each building maintenance contract comes with a dedicated Contract Manager and administrator ensuring staff understand your building and requirements. We cover everything from emergency lighting, fire alarms , intruder alarms, legionella testing, air conditioning, heating, BMS, Controls, periodic testing, lighting protection and everything under covered under M&E services. We are happy to assist with as much or as little as you require. We currently provide these services to a whole spectrum of businesses which include car showrooms, retail outlets, recording studios, schools, office blocks, housing associations, leisure facilities and high end residential properties.
